Galería Corsica has operated in the San José del Cabo Gallery District for more than a decade and also has spaces elsewhere in Mexico. It focuses on contemporary Mexican art, with a programme that has included sculptor Jorge Marín and works associated with surrealist Leonora Carrington, alongside painters such as Marco Antonio Palomeque and César Córdova. The main hall at Álvaro Obregón 10 is arranged in a playful, eclectic way, mixing paintings, sculpture and porcelain. It suits both seasoned collectors and those buying their first significant piece.
