About
Ánima Village opened its first phase in December 2025 at Cabo del Sol, around kilometre 10 of the Tourist Corridor, close to the Cabo del Sol resorts. Designed by the Mexican architecture firm Sordo Madaleno and operated by SOMA Group, it offers ocean views, landscaped walkways and underground parking. Opening tenants include Hugo Boss, Lululemon, Guess, Nike and Abercrombie & Fitch, with major luxury maisons announced for later phases. The Arte Abierto gallery presents rotating exhibitions and public installations.
Reviewers praise the architecture, cleanliness and walkable outdoor layout, and many call it the most upscale shopping destination in the area. Some note that restaurants and stores are still opening in phases, with more brands arriving through 2026. It is open daily from late morning into the evening, with underground parking.
